This was one of those weddings....

Where I truly felt like I was shooting something for a Pinterest blog. This was a photographer's DREAM, guys. Soooo many details on details with beautiful touches! This bride had planned for months and to see her vision truly come to life was such a rewarding thing to be a part of! Zenobia even gifted me this tiny succulent and it now lives on my kitchen window sill. I love my job ya'll.

While the backyard was being set up, Zenobia & the girls got ready in her private Air BNB across town.

The couple chose to exchange love letters and gifts prior to their ceremony... Ricky surprised Zenobia with not one but two Kate Spade bags to remember their day by. We love a man with good taste! (even if she may have dropped a link or two). Watching these two tear up as they read what one another wrote was TOO CUTE.

Meanwhile, as the boys finished getting ready, the backyard was nearly ready!

We hopped in our vehicles and tracked up to Havasu Springs Resort for their beautiful cliffside ceremony.

These king protea's are everythingggggg. Keep scrolling to see the set up once the sun sets. UGH.

As a photographer,

some of my favorite moments are the quiet moments I spend with the bride prior to stepping out to head to the ceremony. The anticipation before you walk down the aisle is made up of sooo many different emotions and I swear women GLOW here. This is the moment we dream of. I was so obsessed with Zenobia's dress (and she had TWO!), and these killer views in the Harbor Room of Havasu Springs Resort.

The views at The Springs will never get old. I said what I said.

If you ask me if we can pull off to the side of the road on the way back to your reception... The answer is always yes.

Ya'll know that desert vibes are my JAM.

Once we arrived back to Havasu for the reception,

Zenobia put on her second dress, and it was time for dinner & the rest of the evening to start! The couple asked if we could do a quick shot in the middle of the road prior to being announced to their guests. I love when I get the opportunity to experiment and do things out of the box!!
